"The 2013 Comments on the Work to Deepen Economic Reform" released by National Development and Reform Commission systemically disposes all the items of China's economic reform this year,and many financial reform measures as well as its schedule are included. Some of the financial reforms will be done this year, and some that haven’t been put on the agenda yet, should also be given an exact time schedule. China’s new government emphasizes on “streamlining administration and delegating power to the lower levels”. In terms of preparation work for the reform, the government should also delegate power to the market and give a steady anticipation.
