ANBOUND think tank scholars hold that the data of investigative unemployment rate which were isolated and selectively published don't have much practical value. Chinese government should publish a detailed employment report, demonstrating Chinese economy’s employment and unemployment situations categorized by area and industry. What’s more, this reform should be accordingly included into the "13th five-year plan" and the corresponding report should be regularly published by the National Statistics Bureau.
