The long-awaited private banks have got their final permission to construct, opening a new financial era in China. ANBOUND think tank scholars believe the first pilot private banks will surely be faced with serious market risks but also could pave a way for further reform and opening up of banking industry in practice. Most importantly, in order to advance, private banks should break large banks' exclusive possession in financial resources by continuous innovation in assets and liability business.
