ANBOUND think tank scholars point out that according to the government's decisions, innovative promotion has been regarded as an established developing strategy of China. Some cities will inevitably develop ahead of others for China’s future economy, acting as the best examples in the innovation-driven field. Among them, some developed coastal cities will be more likely to become the pioneers of China’s entering into innovation-driven era.
