The financing issue, which is branded as "difficult and expensive", has turned out to be the major bottleneck that constraints China's economic development. ANBOUND research team insists that financing problems are originated from a distorted financial market. Therefore, the chronic illness of high financing cost must be fundamentally cured in the next stage of economic transformation. The loan resources should be squeezed out of the distorted economics and finance structure. Further, the separation between government and financing platforms, government and enterprises in SOES should be facilitated and promoted, clarifying the line between government and market.
