In order to realize its goal of "World factory 2.0", it is inevitable for China to develop its professional education system. ANBOUND research team insists that in order to maintain its advantages in manufacturing industry, China needs to improve labor productivity as well as qualifications of its labor force, thus offsetting the impact of rising labor cost. It has been becoming a new trend for enterprises to establish colleges because it can both meet their labor demands and enable them to fulfill their social responsibilities. Therefore, Chinese government should try as far as possible to facilitate enterprises' effort in establishing colleges and make up the gap of professional education.
