Mixed Ownership Reform Should Well Use Equity Market
ANBOUND
After the third plenary session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of CPC, the mixed ownership again becomes the focus of the new round SOEs reform. ANBOUND think tank scholars think that equity market, if well utilized, can provide a relatively open and transparent transaction framework as well as supervision environment for mixed-ownership reform. The successful completion of mixed ownership reform depends on the construction of more supporting systems, particularly the construction of a society with rule of law.
