Recently, there have been signs that the crisis of European banking industry which was eased by European central bank is going to happen again. ANBOUND research team thinks that the current stability of European banking industry is just a temporary stability which is strongly supported by European central bank. Because of European banking industry's weak foundation, decreased earning ability and its lack of capital, it can’t afford another crisis. In this situation, the sign of a recurrent crisis and the spread of the crisis will contribute to the necessity of releasing a further relaxed policy. Actually, quantitative easing (QE) had been included in the discussion of the decision makers of European central bank. However, due to some internal disagreements, it wasn't approved. The recurrence of banking industry crisis may help European central bank to make up its decision.
