Currently China faces pressure from both economic transformation and social transformation. From the point of view of ANBOUND think tank scholars, the members of NPC(National People's Congress) and CPPCC(Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference),if being allowed to exert their functions to society and people, can help with dissolving social contradictions and play a constructive role in China’s social transformation. Though it might involve major systematic changes, enough evidence has shown that it is extremely important to mobilize every social factor to dissolve social contradictions and smooth social system.
