Pilot land transfer zones are spreading in many places. ANBOUND research team thinks that land transfer involves many issues about basic system which are related to farmers. Currently, views of experts and scholars are very different in this aspect. China is also very cautious to promote it. Now disputes over land transfer are increasing fast in various regions. This might cause policymakers to hesitate and delay the policies on land system reform.
