Local governments and enterprises have long been beset by local economy's transformation and upgrading. ANBOUND research team thinks that an enterprise can’t achieve industrial transformation on its own in a social and economic ecosystem. Local governments should actively exert its coordinative function of public policies, maintain local credit system and develop public service platforms. Meanwhile, in order to vigorously advance a sustainable development of local social and economic ecosystem, local governments should also expand financial infrastructures, improve investment and business environment, reduce comprehensive cost of enterprise operation, and ensure an environment of fair competition.
