He Jun: China's High-speed Rail Exportation Requires Good Market Orientation
ANBOUND
China still requires a long-term plan for high-speed rail supply, far from achieving the goal of full exportation. He Jun, ANBOUND's senior researcher, states that from the industrial perspective, market orientation, including target market selection, mode and criteria, must be required in the choice of "Going-Out" for China’s high-speed rail construction. The systematic exportation of the whole industrial chain may, to a certain extent, bring about changes to target country’s modes of transportation, which also can be regarded as one of the crucial causes for the prudent attitudes many countries hold to China’s high-speed rail.
