Guarantee of Foreign Trade Growth Should Stress Restructuring instead of Growth

China's foreign trade data isn't promising this year. ANBOUND research team believes that ensuring growth and restructuring doesn't complement each other in a short term and their conflicts are unavoidable. Chinese government should confirm the priority of policies and put the reform of restructuring at the first place. The target of foreign trade increasing is heavily influenced by international situation. The value of foreign demand to Chinese economy is gradually decreasing. It’s not necessary to meet the 7.5% target.
