China built numerous infrastructures in African countries over the recent years and exploited its energy and mineral products at the same time. The western countries and part of the African countries have been making derogatory remarks whereby China is neo-colonialism. ANBOUND research team suggests that besides developing infrastructure for Africa, China should also actively promote civil cultural communication, improve national image and vigorously integrate industrial and financial capital into African organized industries. By so doing, China can push forward industrial construction in Africa and integrate it into China's global industry chain to ensure more promising future for Sino-African cooperation.
