The strategic planning of Silk Road economic belt and maritime Silk Road, namely "Belt and Road", is about to be published. ANBOUND research team considers that the “Belt and Road” planning is shouldering heavy political tasks and therefore playing a key role in maintaining domestic peace and stabilization as well as relationship with neighboring countries. To promote the construction of “Belt and Road” needs to adjust the mindset of focusing on economic development (even on economic growth), and construct a comprehensive and systematic strategic framework from multi-levels including politics, economy, culture and diplomacy which puts soft power construction in the first place.
