China and Russia signed a joint declaration that proposed to establish comprehensive energy cooperation on May 20th. While on May 21, both sides have reached the agreement and signed a 30-year contract with 400 billion US$, but the final price is still unknown. According to the contract, Russia will export natural gas to China from year 2018, the export is supposed to increase year by year and finally to meet the target of 38 billion cubic meters.
