Rural financial system plays a crucial role in Japanese agricultural modernization. ANBOUND think tank scholars believe that the development of Japanese agricultural cooperative organization is a good reference for China to address the "three rural issues". Currently, China's rural financial system still lacks of regulations and clear operation. Therefore, it urgently needs an organization that can represent the interests of farmers and enhance their rights to speak. Otherwise, individual farmers will be easily marginalized in the competition with financial organizations, local governments and large enterprises.
