According to the data released by international organizations, China had invested 75 billion US dollar aid to more than 1673 projects in 50 African countries during 2000 to 2011. China highly invest in health and medical sector, followed by government sectors, education and culture. The data has refuted previous criticism whereby China only focuses on natural resources and mega infrastructure projects in Africa. Generally, the positive role of China's aid to Africa is being undervalued.
