China Media Group has announced its intention to roll out a '5G+4K+AI' platform, during a symposium on Thursday discussing a blueprint for the future of China's media industry.

The symposium attracted more than 500 professionals from media, communication, and information technology sectors, including researchers from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

China Media Group is set to cooperate with partners across the media industry to build its '5G+4K+AI' platform. It will also collaborate with partners across the media industry on the application of new technology such as high-definition video and artificial intelligence.
