P2P Enterprises Bankruptcy Due To Development Target Error
ANBOUND
Insiders estimated that 80% to 90% of Chinese P2P enterprises would bankrupt. ANBOUND's senior researcher Mr. He Jun highlighted that credit is financial service that requires both supply and demand as well as credit guarantee mechanism. The fact that many Chinese P2P enterprises have gone bankrupt indicates the development disorder of the industry in the past. The root cause of bankruptcy is due to development target error, many enterprises failed because they treat P2P business as internet business. Marketing channels and strategies are not the bottleneck for P2P development. It is unrealistic to hope that internet can solve all the credit issues.
