China will be facing extremely complicated, lengthy and systematic reform in the future. ANBOUND research team thinks that the central government should push forward reform first followed by determining reform strategies that can obtain the highest recognition. A comprehensive deepening reform is like a "revolution" for China, but this is indeed a “constructive revolution”. Various interests must be carefully balanced to ensure the reform measures can be well implemented. Besides that, the incremental reforms that focusing on strategic objectives must be done by acknowledging historical realities.
