ANBOUND: China's Food Security Must Take Into Consideration of both Supply and Consumption
ANBOUND

ANBOUND research team believes that food security is determined by both supply and consumption. However, the central government and other parties are highly focusing on supply and neglecting the food consumption. The "intangible grain field" under the national food security is created by every stage of food consumption. It is absolutely “green food supply” that not only saves resources and energy but also helps to ease the tension of resources shortage. In addition, it is a part of food security strategy that helps to reduce agricultural emissions and labors.
