ANBOUND think tank scholars believe that the important aspect to strengthen China's future food security is by improving the food capacity system. China needs to adjust its mentality according to situations, namely to strengthen the modern food industrial system, develop an industrial system and strengthen the production capacity to ensure the nation’s food security. Only by so doing, China can go beyond the traditional food security and turn the passive mode into a strategic one.
