ANBOUND think tank scholars suggest that China's future charity policies should be improved aligning with the trend of social development. Good charity policies should be able to trigger and protect social kindness. Those charity policies that are useful in mobilizing social resources should be encouraged regardless any intervention from the government as it is conducive to social development.
