Chinese President Xi Jinping has arrived in Argentina for the upcoming G20 summit in Argentina's Buenos Aires.

During the summit, global leaders are expected to tackle escalating trade tension, rising protectionism and unilateralism.

President Xi will also hold bilateral meetings with his Argentine counterpart Mauricio Macri.

Argentina is the second leg of Xi's ongoing Europe and Latin America tour, which will also take him to Panama and Portugal.
