The future new urbanization plan will put forward clear and specific requirements for the direction of new urbanization such as smart, green and low carbon. Meanwhile, ecological protection will be place at unprecedented high level. ANBOUND think tank scholars highlighted that the future plan will adopt more market-oriented approaches and the roles of government and enterprises will be further apart. China needs to set some bottom line and red line during the process of new urbanization.
