It is harder than Expected for China High Speed Rail to Venture into Developed Countries
ANBOUND

China's investment model in the developing countries might face greater difficulties in the developed countries. Anbound’s senior researcher He Jun believes that China’s high speed rail will have to face a lot of problems and difficulties in order to enter UK. First of all, there is a collision of market systems and legal systems in the two countries. Secondly, the comparative advantages of cost and capital by the Chinese companies will probably get suppressed in developed countries. China should foresee the risks and be well prepared for it.
