Shanghai Free Trade Zone (FTZ) has created a new wave of enthusiasm since its official launch and China-Japan-Korea Free Trade Zone is one of the popular concepts. Anbound research team thinks that China should lower down its expectations towards China-Japan-Korea FTZ. The key divergence of China-Japan-Korea FTZ is political issue instead of economic issue. Currently, the negotiation is in favor of Japan and Korea thus it is difficult for China-Japan-Korea FTZ to achieve consensus unless China is willing to compromise.
