Urbanization now recognized as the driving force of China's economic growth. However, the consensus on how to promote and finance the urbanization has not been achieved. From ANBOUND’s point of view, the local governments has been shouldering heavy burden ever since participating in urbanization, thus the participation in policy-oriented financial institutions will probably face the same dilemma. It is time for the market and community to play a decisive role in the resources allocations in line with urbanization.
