After the Third Plenary Session of the 18TH CPC Central Committee, the deepening reform for SOEs has been finalized. From ANBOUND's point of view, even though there are a lot of problems involving SOEs but its presence and roles should not be neglected. China should retain a considerable amount of strong SOEs because China has huge population and regional differences. SOEs reform should not turn into an extreme reform. ANBOUND thinks that China’s SOEs need a constructive reform instead of destructive blow.
