Anbound think tank scholars believe that bank regulators have made two unchangeable strategic decisions whereby the first is to compress interbank businesses in order to reduce systematic financial risks. The second is to "digest" the money stock in order to create good conditions for financial innovation. Thus, financial institutions including the commercial banks should have a clear understanding and adopt the scale-restricted development model to strengthen their main business.
