Anbound think tank scholars believe that even though the approach of rural cooperation is not the panacea for "Three rural issues" namely agriculture, rural development and farmers. However, it is practical at the initial stage of changing the destiny of China's rural areas. Rural cooperation should combine with marketization in order to protect the farmers’ interests. Meanwhile, a flexible environmental policy is needed to guarantee the appreciation of farmers’ interests.
