Guangzhou Export Commodities Fair has revealed the dilemma faced by most domestic small-and-medium-sized enterprises: surging costs of raw materials and labor as well as weak government services. Besides, financial service is also another issue, with most of the enterprises gain access to alternative high-cost financial channel instead of bank loans. Meanwhile, the worsening domestic market threatens the sustainability of these enterprises.
