Recently, the issue of urban complex (HOPSCA) is rising aligning with the housing vacancy rate. ANBOUND's research team thinks that, the financing and commercial environment is facing enormous challenges due to the de-leverage amongst commercial banks, pressure from local government debts and increasing number of vacant cities. Therefore, there is a need of prudence for a more systematic commercial complex construction.
