Some official research departments suggested that the SOEs should promote the transformation and upgrading of real economy via "Industry and Finance Integration", as well as control financial capital through the industrial capital. However, from ANBOUND's point of view, the “Industry and Finance Integration” will facilitate the formation of Chinese-style consortium economic model, thus no doubt that another form of market monopoly will be created. This doesn’t conform to the global trend. There is a need to break the market monopoly by the SOEs in order to allow the market to play a decisive role in resource allocations.
