Anbound: Market-oriented Reform and The Status of State-Owned Enterprises
ANBOUND
Based on the bulletin that released by the Third Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee, the role of economic reform in the market and the role of state-owned enterprises in China's future economy are the key areas that worth attention. The bulletin on one hand highlighted the decisive role of the market in allocating resources, and on the other hand insisted that the public ownership would be too dominant and might create conflict. China’s economic reform requires market liberalization, therefore any economic entity or mechanism that goes against this major trend requires to be reformed.
