Domestic and international comments on China's investment in Africa can be classified to the following two kinds. The first kind is western countries’ criticism on China’s investment. The second kind is China’s defense of its investment. However, we neglected the thoughts of African countries, who are important participants in this investment. The lack of opinions from African countries is obviously not objective. Thus, ANBOUND research team and translation team translated a research report of IPPA, a Nigerian think tank, which is about China’s investment. We believe that the opinion of African think tank will provide a convincing view point and analysis for objective evaluation on China’s investment in Africa.
