The National Development and Reform Commission held a conference on13th November to learn and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of CPC Central Committee. It is worth noting that the director of NDRC Xu Shaoshi stressed the need to further improve national urbanization plan and related policies. Anbound believes that there will be greater adjustment on the urbanization approach by the Third Plenary Session.
