Further Understanding on Chinese Industrial Transfer and Coordinated Development of Regional Economy
ANBOUND

One of the problems that Chinese economic growth must face and deal with is the extremely unbalanced development in different areas. In terms of economic growth, social development, cultural education, etc., there are huge gaps between eastern coastal region and central-western region. Generally speaking, central-western region should use gradient caused by economic gaps to utilize low factor cost comparative advantages such as labor force. Through attracting industrial transfer of eastern region, promoting industrial adjustment and industrialization process of central-western region, the gaps between regions will be narrowed. This is actually the application of traditional theory of industrial gradient in China. However, China's national conditions are very complicated. We need to have a more reasonable understanding of industrial transfer and coordinated development of regional economy.
