Though history repeats itself, many people know extremely little about the interaction between natural phenomena and social incidents, or even classify them as supernatural phenomenon. In fact, the natural phenomena, having already been studied and researched scientifically, should draw high attention from strategic decision-makers. The corresponding policy adjustments and responses should also be properly made.
