China's Nuclear Power Expansion Faces Strategic Constraints

While Japan is still entangled in the nuclear or nuclear free debate a year after the Fukushima Nuclear Power Station accident, China has already started its ambitious plan of nuclear power construction. In the long-term future, China will become the world's largest nuclear power station market. The large scale of nuclear power construction will lead China into a strategic pattern of nuclear power boom. However, China is foreseen to face strategic constraints in terms of technology transfer, nuclear power resources and nuclear power operation. How should China deal with these strategic constraints?
