In the era of economic globalization, the world's economies tend to get "heat and cold" at the same time. Currently, the global economy and Chinese economy are turning cold. The European debt crisis still continues and the European economy is on the verge of recession. Meanwhile, the US economy is still depressed and the unemployment rate remains high, thus it seems no way out. On the other hand, Chinese economy is comparatively optimistic hence the international community hopes China can stimulate the global economic recovery. However, can China fulfill this responsibility?
