Although there is no special reform breakthrough during the recent Third Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee, but it emphasizes on the target of achieving constructive results on the key sectors reform by year 2020. The reform target in the coming 7 years suggests that China will gradually deepen its reform, it is seen as a systematic task and long-lasting battle.
