Social elite is the ideal society for countries' development as it reflects economic development, orderly governance, sufficient social security, sound legal system, widely recognized democracy and freedom. However, social elite does not equivalent of permanent stability. Once the authority and behaviour of the elite class turned into extremism, it has to face the opposition from the civil society and might cause social unrest or conflict.
