During the NPC & CPPCC, the participants expressed their thoughts whereby China is facing a problem of having too many government officials, this issue has aroused great concern amongst the public. This report attempts to answer several questions such as what is the current numbers and condition of China's government officials? Does the condition match with the China's financial growth? Does it exhaust large amount of financial resources?
