The Development of Chinese Livelihood Should Prevent the Risk of 'Ukrainization'

Chinese people's livelihood has become an important political issue. The Chinese Communist Party and all levels of governments have been highly aware of the need to preserve social stability. On top of that, the society also urges the government to increase investment in people's livelihood. Anbound's research showed that the increment of investment on social development at the expense of efficiency and institutional factors is likely to backfire whereby 'Ukrainization’ phenomenon may occur in the end.
