The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee will be held soon and all walks of life have high expectation towards it. However, Anbound thinks the gap between the political and economic reform will persist and eventually become more significant in the future. Furthermore, all reforms will be subject to three-boundaries namely politics, institutional and interests. The future overall reform is anticipated to retain previous framework whereby economic reform becomes the main priority and political reform will be lagging behind.
