America's competitiveness is on the rise after the global financial crisis. Its ability of turning crisis into strengthening the country’s competitiveness level deserves worldwide attention. China has been gradually decoupling from America in terms of technology, manufacturing sector, trade and capital market. The emerging economies including China should be highly aware of it and make necessary policy adjustments accordingly.
