As the major advocator for green building, Anbound's proposals have been long-neglected. However, during the New Technology & Products Exhibition in conjunction of the 9th Session of International Green Construction and Energy-Saving Conference,the Vice Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Mr. Qiu Bao Xing stated that 1 billion square meters of new green building will be constructed by 2015 under the 12th Five Year Plan. Approximately 20% of the new building will meet the standard of green construction. Anbound urges the ministry to construct large number of solar building besides adjusting the standard plan.
