ANBOUND suggests that the BRICS countries should plan their collaboration in advance and actively promote it while facing the challenges of re-industrialization and trade protection in the west. The five countries should initiate free trade negotiations as soon as possible besides building investment facilitation framework and continuously improve their financial cooperation mechanism. It is expected to improve their ability to deal with economic and financial instability as well as enhance their positions in the global value chain.
